The Story
A 4,800 m² distribution hub where efficiency is the aesthetic. We handled the project from PBG permit to handover: racking layout, dock flow, skylights that cut daytime lighting load, and a polished concrete floor built for a decade of forklifts.
Warm light shafts through the clerestory turn a working building into a place people don't mind spending the day.
